Shipping:
Cartwright is pleased to offer complimentary domestic US ground shipping on all orders. US customers may elect to upgrade their order to expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please refer to our shipping options at checkout for details regarding your delivery.

Returns:
We offer a 30 day peace of mind guarantee on all non-customized products. If you have purchased a non-customized product from cartwrightbag.com, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less $7 for prepaid return shipping) in the original payment form. Once a return is initiated, we will email a prepaid return label to be affixed to the return shipping box. Returned products must be in unused condition. Products must be returned with the original packaging (e.g. gift box and dust bag) and placed in a shipping box. To initiate a return, please email us at support@cartwrightbag.com.
If a payment was made using a gift card along with another form of payment, the refund will be first applied back onto the gift card. Any remaining credit will be applied to the secondary form of payment.
Monogrammed and customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for returns. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within 30 days of the original purchase and refunds shall be issued in the form of a store credit only.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process a return once we receive your returned product.
